Nevertheless, if you wrap it around in the correct way, it will stay firmly in its place. After that, you can fortify it with a layer of sports tape if you wish to.

Of course, even though all these variations in fitness sports tape have really helped those of us involved in athletics, the most imperative thing is still applying it correctly. Athletic taping is some-thing you should learn from your coach. It doesn't matter how high tech your gear, if you don't know how to use it it won't do you any good.
